Please take a look at our Terms & Conditions page for all the details.

We ship our products to all 50 states including Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.

We utilize different shipping carriers based on the package:
  • For small parcel packages, we ship Ground, 3-day, 2-day, or Overnight via UPS.
  • For larger orders requiring palletization, we partner with R+L Carriers for reliable LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipping services.

Ground, 3-day, 2-day, and overnight delivery costs are calculated by UPS. Some items available from ValenceCoatings.com will incur additional shipping cost in addition to those indicated upon checkout. If your order requires additional shipping costs a Valence Protective Coatings associate will contact you to secure authorization before proceeding with the order.

Most orders will depart our distribution center within 24 business hours of order being paid.

Orders requiring palletization must be submitted and paid for by 12:00 PM CST, and small parcel/UPS orders need to be submitted and paid for by 2:00 PM CST to ensure same-day shipping. While we aim to fulfill orders promptly, these times serve as general guidelines and are not guaranteed.

Orders which require additional shipping or freight approval will be delayed until final authorization is granted by the customer. Some items may require more than 24 hours to ship, which is indicated during the order placing placing process. Valence distribution centers are open Monday-Friday and closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays.

It is possible that your order will arrive in multiple packages and from multiple distribution points arriving on different days. You will receive a fulfillment verification email including tracking information upon order fulfillment.
